節(jié)能燃?xì)庹羝仩t采用波形爐膽，既強(qiáng)化了煙氣的擾動(dòng)，又增大了輻射傳熱面積；既增加了爐膽的強(qiáng)度，又有效的減弱了爐膽的膨脹應(yīng)力；既增強(qiáng)傳熱效果，又促進(jìn)了燃料在爐膛內(nèi)的燃燒。

節(jié)能燃?xì)庹羝仩t煙道尾部增設(shè)冷凝器，利用冷凝器吸收煙氣中的潛熱和顯熱，提高了鍋爐的進(jìn)水溫度，降低了排煙溫度，使鍋爐的熱效率提高到98%以上。（備注：鍋爐使用過(guò)程中冷凝器進(jìn)出水閥門必須常開(kāi)）
